Hi All, I hope that everything is going well with you, I just have a question related to Fixed Compensation Module. I try to load the compensation for employees. After Running the Compensation Process i am getting the results for Employees who eligible for that compensation process. But when I try to Load the compensation Plan for an employee i am getting the below error:

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Arvind,

Thanx for asking about us, so far so good, staying at home hahaha.

Well, jokes apart, I can see in your error message it is checking for the level. Can you check for that employee under the mapped job did you specified the compensation structure level? if not first do it. And it should match with the level that you had entered in the compensation process.

    Hi Anwar,

Thanks for your response. Hope you are doing well.

Yes I have defined the compensation structure level under the mapped job for that employee and still getting the same error. Did I miss anything else?

Please suggest me if I'm missing anything.

    Regards,

    Arvind Bharti

    Hi Bharti,

I don't know what steps you had followed, let me list the steps for you, if any step you missed you can create and proceed.

Step1: Create fixed compensation plan, then add compensation level.

Step2: Create eligibility rule (select location, if you are using compensation region in the position) (or select job type if in the position you are using job type).

Step3: Create job, add compensation levels.

Step4: Create position, select either compensation region or job type (which you had selected in eligibility rule) .

    Step5: Assign position to employee.

Step6: Assign Fixed compensation plan to employee.

    Hi Anwar,

Thanks for your response. I followed all the steps correctly still getting the same error. Now I have created the Fixed compensation plan from the scratch and also created the new employee  and assign the new compensation plan. It is working fine now without any error.

Thank you for your support :)
