Hi,
This error usually happens if the email used is tied to an existing tenant, or there’s a browser/session conflict. Try these:
Use incognito mode or a different browser
Try a different email (personal Outlook.com often works)
Make sure you’re not logged into another tenant
If the issue persists, raise a ticket via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/get-started/support or use the Help icon on the trial page.

This kind of error typically indicates a temporary issue with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 trial signup service. Here are a few things you can try:
If you continue to experience this error after trying these steps, the issue might be on Microsoft's end. In that case, there might not be much you can do immediately except to keep trying periodically.
Since you're in India (based on your location context), there might occasionally be region-specific issues with online services.
