DELETE A CREDIT MEMO

So we have a few credit memos that no longer need to be on the customer's account. I want to know if there is a way to just DELETE them. I do NOT wish to offset them against anything, just want to DELETE them from the account.

Are you talking about posted sales credit memo or open sales credit memo?

Hi, If you are referring to the Open Credit Memo details in Customer Ledger Entries, there is no way to delete them.

You need to create a refund, or post an invoice to clear them (do a apply).
