I need to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations mobile app which I downloaded at https://apkpure.com/microsoft-dynamics-365-unified-operations/com.microsoft.dynamics365.operations.mobile this adress and on my local demo envoriement and my mobile phone is at same wifi-network, I setup dns for the usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com to forward my local server on my local wifi network. certificate of client which is (*.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com) on my mobile device and When I try to open usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com i can see login screen but the 365 mobile app is giving We couldn't reach the address that you provided error .
Hi Murat, There is a changed needed for ADFS to support the mobile client, that is: If ADFS is in use on the domain, then ADFS needs to be configured to provide a regular forms-based authentication screen instead of using Windows Integrated Authentication (WIA). The Microsoft Dynamics Unified Operations apps for iOS and Android require the regular forms-based authentication screen. ADFS should be configured to only provide WIA for browser clients (use cases) as documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-fs/operations/configure-intranet-forms-based-authentication-for-devices-that-do-not-support-wia On another note, I’m not familiar with apkpure, but you can also download the Android app from the play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.dynamics365.operations.mobile

Thank you steven. I ll research this but i have little question how can i setup ADFS on my onebox demo envoirement. Do you know anything about this

The topology of the on-premises installations and the onebox demo environment are different, as such no specific changes are required, you only need to make sure that the environment is accessible from outside of any network where it is setup

but mobile app cant connect did I miss something ?
