Error applying hotfix package. Duplicate Ids

Hi.

I am trying to load some hotfixes to my D365 dev box and I get this error

How do I solve this? I guess I have to change my model Id on the overlaying model, but what issues will that potentially cause when I later deploy to the production environment?
