I am having a problem whenever I print a payable check batch on just my computer I receive a error that causes dynamics to shut down.  I decided to run a checklinks on Purchasing and I received these results

Error Message

PM Key Master File

STOP     00182: The transaction for this keys record is missing.  The keys record has been removed.

I can go to another computer and reprint the checks just fine. Also I'm able to print payroll checks just fine from my computer.   

Any help and/or suggestions!

    Usually it is corrupt dictionaries that cause GP to 'crash'. Do you use a shared reports dictionary? A simple thing you can try is to rename your GP program directory and then copy over one from a good computer and try to reprint checks. Now if you use a shared reports dictionary you may want to export all your reports, delete your REPORTS.DIC and then import them all back. Of course, you do this while you are the only one in GP.

    I do use a shared reports dictionary. I'm going to try your suggestion. Thanks and I'll let you know if it works.
