Is it possible to schedule recurring tasks?
For example, a phone call activity "Quarterly check up call" repeating once every 3 months?

schedule it automatically? or just to create a recurring task? there is a specific activity within crm 2011 called recurring appointment. Would that work for you?

Thanks Brian... sounds like this might be better done with a workflow.
Workflows aren't practicable if you have dozens of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly recurring tasks for one hundred clients. When will recurring tasks be available for Activities? Are they on the roadmap? Do you have a third party add-on recommendation(s)? Thanks.
