Hi Guys,
I have a customer who is currently looking at starting up a trial for Customer Voice.
The customer wants to know what will happen to their captured data once the trial expires. They will probably order licenses once the trial expires and they were happy with the product.

Thanks for reaching out.
Once the trial expires, the captured data remains intact. However, ability to create new surveys/ ability to receive responses in existing survey is stopped. These capabilities can be enabled by procuring the license for Customer Voice.
