Create price agreement journal from RFQ reply

Hello,

I'd like to know, my client needs to create price agreement journal directly from the RFQ reply.

When I click on the Create a trade price journal button from the reply , it only creates the journal but the line are not filled.

Is there a parameter somewhere I need to activate so that the lines in the RFQ reply are copied unto the jounal ?

It works perfectly for purchase agreement but i can't find solution for price agreement journal.

What is the status of reply progress in reply form?

Hi Sophie,

I have checked regarding your problem in the system and have found a similarity only due to one instance or event, when I go to the request for quotation reply section and then enter data for reply and then have it submitted and then click on create trade agreement journal the system creates a journal but if i go to the journal line through the link of journal number it does not show anything but if however I select the journal number and then click the lines button from the top it then brings all the information from the reply.

Second important factor is that you must have a item specified from your inventory in the RFQ lines as trade agreements are only possible with inventory items having a defined and known item number and not with category information.

Also please check your inventory dimension group settings and provide information accordingly as Site is generally used as an active dimension for trade agreement journals. Consider the walk through below to replicate the instance for referral.

Hi thank you both for the answer it worked.

Now the other issue i am facing is that I marked 1 ligne from a reply but when creating the journal AX creates all lines of the answer.

From what I have observed the system is maintaining the complete replies and therefore segregating them on the basis of replies, You can delete the additional or unnecessary lines in Journal as there is an option to edit, update and review prior to posting.

The application may differ as per user role as well, as there could be different person to maintain prices and there could be different person to review and post them.
