    Hi,

Should be possible because in the line details there is a project data available.

    What issue/problem do you have?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    I'm using the "Unit of delivery" Billing rule, after updated the <Total units ready for invoicing> to 1.00 ;

then generate the Project invoice proposal, the <Project date> will be today date, but i would like to update the <Project date> to another date (eg. Project date = 31 March ; so that the income can be posted in the project as at 31 March) ; while the Project invoice date = today (19 April)

would you please advise what should I do to meet the above requirement ?  Thanks

    Hi,

When you create the invoice proposal, can you try entering 31 march as the invoice date?

In your second screenshot I can see 19 April.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

yes, i can change the "Invoice Date" when creating the Project Invoice Proposal record,

but my question is how to change / edit the <Project date> of Fee transaction generated by the Billing rules of "Unit of delivery" (i.e. my 3rd screen shot above)

    Regards,

    Phyllis

    Hi PHillis,

To my knowledge you can not edit the dates in your 3rd screen. The fields are grayed out and you would need a modification to allow users editing those date values.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
