Limit the bookings for the resource on the mobile app

Hello,

We have the option of enabling "Enable Drip Scheduling" so it limit the number of booking to appear to the resource,

however when I enable it, it makes all of the bookings disappear.

Actually I need to show only the first 5 days of bookings to my resource, any advice?

    Hello Mahmoud,

    You can manage this through the Sync Filter in Woodford.

    Drip scheduling allows you to define the number of work orders that a technician has in Field Service mobile application. For example, you can define that you only want a technician to see two or three specific items at a time, while you need to see only the first 5 days of bookings. So, in order to do that, you can change the default sync filter on your template in Woodford.

    In Woodford, open your template and select “Bookable Resource Booking” entity, and then click on “Sync Filter”

    and you can see the default filter which is applied on the template, so from here you can add/modify the filter by changing/inserting conditions, after that you can save and publish your changes.
