Hello all
I wish to find out how the Knowledge Article portal form can be found and amended. I want to either remove the Email field from the Comments section of the form, or make the optional (it is made compulsory by default.
It would seem to be a strange form as I cannot find the table from which it is derived. It is not a Knowledge Article form, and although the Feedback table has form that contains an email field, it is not compulsory OOB.
Any help would be appreciated.
