Hi Gents,I want to create an associate budget plan in ax 2012 R2 but my responsibility center is empty. but if I create a normal budget plan the i have a list of responsibility center. how can I fix it?

Can you please try as follows:
1. Create the department hierarchy from (Organization administration > Organizations > Organization hierarchies) and assigned position to each one from
2. Create the budget plan process after you create department hierarchy ( must create the budget process after creating this hierarchy ) then assign this hierarchy to the process and try to generate again.
By default, your responsibility center is displayed here that you employee is linked to.
Junaid is right here; you need to setup your hierarchies and assign your people correctly to it. Otherwise, this field will be empty and you cannot create the budget plan.
