the Confirm Button does not Do anything in Purchase order although it's active and the purchase type is Purchase order

Can you please elaborate your question, The purchase order confirmation button is used for the confirmation of PO. Which means it will get only enabled if you change anything on the PO. If you don't change the confirm button wont be available.
The system will keep the confirmation history in the confirmation journal located below the confirm button.

Do you mean that when you click the "Confirm" button, nothing happens on the interface and the confirm button will not turn gray?
Do you have any customizations for this? Does this happen only on this order?

Hi QianQW yes i mean that All i have done i deleted all the company's transaction using SysDatabaseTransDelete Classand deleted the the records of dimentionattrubutelevelvalue table in AOT because of delete some assets

Where did you call the method in the SysDatabaseTransDelete class？Have you tried debugging on the click event on the confirm button？
