Workflow insfrastructure configration cant select workflow messaging batch job

Hey everyone,

I have a problem with workflow configration System administration > workflow > workflow infrastructure configuration i am trying to setup configration but cant select workflow messaging batch job its greyed out.

I search that problem and most of post advice me to clear batch jobs which is names start with Workflow. I already delete them on batch jobs but still its greyed out. Does anyone have advice for me.

I am using one box D365FO and Version is 10.0.29 & Update53

Hi,

I this this is how it reflects on infrastructure configuration and later once batch job is created you can add batch group later on job

Hey thank you for your reply.

I want to select from start. Anyway i dig into code and i found a 1 data from batch table is blocking that.

I deleted it from sql management studio because this record belongs the company named PSUS but i cant find company like that.
