What is Dynamics 365 Sales Manager?

Came across this image on Microsoft's dynamics website(https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/sales/capabilities/#sell-smarter). At the bottom there is a dashboard for Dynamics 365 Sales Manager. Wanted to check if this was something available out of the box or custom made?

I don't have this kind of dashboard in my instance.

    Hi,

    This is Power BI dashboard which is been enabled within CRM interface post integration CRM with Power BI

    It kind of OOTB feature, you can enable the same by following the below URL

    technet.microsoft.com/.../mt812412.aspx

    I added the sales manager content pack to PBI but I don't think its able to pull data from Dynamics. Any ideas why this may be happening?
