I have been doing some large imports where some records won't import. When I check the reason it indicates the records already exist.
However I checked Duplicate Detection Settings and it doesn't appear to be on. Do we know how we can check what is causing the duplicate and if there is a way to turn it off?

On the Review Settings and Import Data screen can you confirm the Duplicate detection option is definitely not enabled?
Yes it definitely is not enabled. I just checked again and I see that same message as your screen shot.
I would raise this one with Microsoft Support in that case.
Hi,
Have you verified the file which you are importing does not have hidden columns which has record GUID?
Usually when we export file from Dynamics CRM, we will 3 hidden columns which contains record identifier.
no I unhid the columns and nothing appears.
