Users cannot see Transactions after Organizations are assigned

My users lose the ability to see Transactions  after their organizations are assigned. Roles assigned, no issues, actual users and test users in Sandbox environments and Prod. However, once the Organizations(companies etc.), are assigned they see nothing in the indicated Transactions list. I was wondering if there is a precedent for Organization customizations or Personalizations which might override or cancel out Role permissions. I have removed all individual Personalizations, I have cleared Usage data to no avail.
 
These transactions disappear after Org assignment.
