permissions- new within the picking list

I am trying to hunt down where I need to add permissions for a role for the New button within the picking list journal on production orders.  I've added full control on ProdJouranalBOMCreate which gave me the delete button, but not the new.  Also added ProdJournalTablePickList, ProdJournalPickListAction with no progress.

Any ideas on what I need to add to make sure to be able to add new Picking list items?

The default security role "Production Supervisor" will provide the control for "New" record.

I suggest assign the user "Production Supervisor" role

or try giving full permissions on "ProdJournalTable" table.

I lied, surprisingly Production Supervisor does not give me permissions still to have the options to add and delete on the production pick list.
