HI All

Our company currently using GP and want to migrate to AX. And we are interested in mobility solution as like AX 7.0.So as per my analysis i given the chart below.Kindly share your points on this.

  AX 2012 r3 AX - 7 Dynamics 365
Price One time license fee of 7500+4000(1 Usr)+ Enhancement fee.    Price is still not finalized. Would be released on November. Ax installation cost is single payment and azure cloud monthly payment. Price is still not finalized. Would be released on November. Both AX and 365 users are montly billable with apps.

    AX 7 is live since March and I you can buy it, of course, so you don't have to wait for price being finalized.

    I don't what most of other rows means, so I can't really comment on that. For example, I don't know your definition of "Technical availability", why you say that AX 2012 doesn't integrate with Office ("to integrate" can obviously mean different things), why you say that there is no CRM connectivity (see Connector for AX 2012), and so on.

    Do you mean mobility as in can access it from any device, anywhere. Or mobility in terms of hand-held barcode scanning devices?

    Why don't you approach your local MS sales representatives?

    They can arrange a (virtual) meeting and discuss details with you.

    When doing that you can clarify the elements that you briefly listed here and that would need a more detailed explanation.
