Hi,
I'm looking for a simple action in a guide question step, the actions is open Dynamics 365 Remote Assist in order to get help with a teams call, which I thought it was directly integrated in the Guides. Did anyone had the same problem or am I missing something?thanks in advance,

In theory, you can open Remote Assist from Guides using a "Deep-link" like this : ms-voip-video:?contactids=<contactID>

I didn't try it, if it works please add a message here ;)
I don't think it's working, the Action in Dynamics 365 seems to only accept http:// (https://) adress.
When I try to enter any other URL than http://, Guides says that is not a valid URL.
Too bad, when I've seen this post this gave me so many ideas !
