How to update notes with the Blob url using power automate or through code

Hi,

I need to create notes in CRM online and attachments to azureblob.

I am able to achieve this using power automate, but unable to update the blob url back to the Notes. 

I should update the Notes entity only, as it is used in the Portal.

When i delete the notes, attachment is not deleted from the azure blob.

I cannot use the Attachment Management solution as , i need to Migrate the attachments from the Sharepoint files to DCRM.

    If your trigger is when Notes in CRM was created,

    Could you please try to  ‘Create SAS URI by Path’ action

    Then, save web Url and update to your Notes records

    Hi Dan you,

    Thanks for you resonse.

    I have tried the way you have suggested and got the WEb url also..

    but to which field should i map the weburl in the NOTES entity of the CRM, so that is downloadable from the portal.

    Should we update any flag, so that attachments is retrieved from the blob?

    Please help.

    I think you should

    1. create a new field called 'Blob Url' under your Entity: Notes(Activity).

    2. Customise(show) the field in your Portal page

    3. Update your Web url to 'Blob Url' in Power Automate

    Note entity will not be customizable.. we cannot create any fields.

    Could we add it to 'Description' field?

    We can add it to description field but, in portal description field will not be visible, need to fetch the data using odata query and need to manipulate the url...which will make the page slow
