Information detail booking planboard

Hi there

We are trying to switch from a hourly view to a daily view on the planboard for our working but I see some small issues.
First of all, is it possible to collapse the bookings by default and not having to click the collapse '+' on the top? Now it just shows the designated time for that day, but we need to see quickly the underlying bookings.

Second of all, we do not get the booking information when we click on the '+' and hover over the booking. This is the default view, if we click on the hourly view we get our own custom set fields. 

Is this a bug or does this contain a different set up?

    These are indeed limitations of the old schedule board that cannot be overcome (hourly board uses a different framework compared to the other 3). These gaps will be removed once we fully move to the new board. Have you tested that already? Even though it has not yet reached feature parity, it may already work well in some cases.

    As rightly said, it seems to be a design limitation issue on older schedule board, you can try using the new schedule board https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/preview-schedule-board
