Scribe insight to CRM - Missing CRM field in Scribe

I'm using Scribe Insight to automate routine extraction of opportunity data from CRM into a CSV file.

I've set it all up and managed to link all the desired fields except the "Created On" (createdon) field, it's missing from the list of fields to select from CRM.

Versions:

Scribe Insight on-prem

CRM 2015

Hoping someone has an answer as to why and how to get to that field?

Thank you!

    Hi,

Can you please check if you have overridecreatedon field listed, if yes map your source field from csv to this field and it should work.

Please mark my answer verified if i were helpful

    Hi Bipin,

I tried your idea but overridecreatedon returns [tag:NULL]!

    Found the solution:

CreatedOn is considered a hidden field. To expose and map it, go to Workbench-> View and select the "Hidden Data Objects and Fields" option.
