Hi All,

I have a PO for which packing slip journal is done without dimension location for one item line. Now the obvious error at the time of invoicing is 'Inventory Dimension Location must be specified'. How to update the dimension location for that particular line item >

Can you delete the invoice and correct the purchase order?

Hi Khushi!

If you able to cancel packing slip journal - do it. Then specify needed inventory dimensions through PO and then try to post product receipt and invoice.

The location dimension was not updated in packing slip. I updated it from backend since it was posted. I cancelled the pending invoice and created a new one. While posting I got the same error.

Please help

Hi Khushi,

Do you mean that you can't edit the PO which status is received?

Edit the PO and fill location for item.
