As described above, there is already a validation in the standard application. What gaps did you identify here and what business scenario are you trying to solve? Do you need to extend the check and wants to know which application development objects are involved? Or do you want to add a complete new validation? What attempts have you done yourself already? It would be recommended if you put all relevant information in the initial question. Now, you are adding some information about coding and urgency which was not mentioned in your initial post. If you provided this information earlier, you would get a different answer. Note that this free forum is monitored by volunteers, so the word "urgent" is your urgency only.
I am looking for code level validation using override method in name filed to check weather Name is already present. Please help with code level #code_please. It's argent please help

There are some ways to alert users for duplicates. When a name is used twice, AX will show a popup with existing parties in the system. Then you can choose to use one of them or ignore this popup. You can also use the DUNS number field. You can also merge duplicate parties. Merging duplicate customers or vendors in the same legal entity is a bit more cumbersome.
