I can't preview a print in CFDI

Hello, I have an environment in Mexico, in the following route which is accounts receivable>>inquiries and reports>>CFDI(Electronic Invoices). In the top menu in the print section the Preview of original button gives me the following error, I have no idea it could be although I don't think it has anything to do with security roles since I already checked the privileges in AOT attached image of the error and the error
Error: For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors

    It's unfortunately difficult to say.
     
    Does the report work other ways, I.e. non-preview?
    Can you reproduce it in other environments, and preferably in a developer environment?

    Is this an on-premise or cloud hosted environment? I think this is an error coming from the reporting service, not directly from Dynamics 365. Are you able to get more log details from the SSRS server? Probably, the report is not or not correctly deployed in your environment.
