Import warehouse locations from excel

hi

does anyone have a guide on how to import warehouse locations from excel?

i am using 

Common>excel workbook designer

using template WarehouseLocationAdvancedWarehouseManagementProcessEnablementRequest

selecting the location / warehouse / company/ location profile id and location type fields and creating a work book,

everything seems to connect fine, but it retrieves no data? - i have locations in 1 company, and i have filtered my view to this company

    i meant to add, we cant use the location setup wizard as our rack levels are Letters rather than numbers, and it seems ax cant deal with A to G only 1to 6 etc

    Hi raff, I am using DIXF to import locations.

    I haven't used excel import for locations but, using DIXF could solve your issue.

    Is this also the recommended aproach for 365? (Finance and operations)
