What ISV solution do you use for keeping track of subscriptions that you sell to customers

We are moving to D365, and we sell subscriptions of items to customers.  We need a solution to keep track of the subscriptions we sell, the renewal date of the subscription, the amount to charge and method of payment of the subscriptions.  In addition, we need to have reporting that shows how many subscriptions have been sold, how many are due to renew this month, and the amount of money collected from subscriptions for every given month for every given subscription that we sell.  Finally, we sell subscriptions in monthly, semi-annually, and annually cycles.  We want to know what has worked for your companies to manage your subscription sales.
