The serial number is not populating on the dimensions of the Report as finished journal.
This serial number is displayed in stock transactions (according to the sequence number configuration). However, when clicking on this serial number, the error message « Serial number X has not been created for item number Y » appears :
Additionally, this serial number is not created on the /Serial numbers/ screen, even we can see it in the inventory transaction :
Please assist us in identifying the source of this peculiar behaviour, considering that this issue is of high priority for the client!
