I am building a smartlist to show all open sales line items to include the purchase order number that is links the sales line items to the purchase order created for the item. I am struggling with the line items duplicating to show multiple purchase orders with the same item. I need it to just show the LINKED purchase order for each specific sales line item.

The only linked po in this example is PO000217 however it is duplicating the line item to showcase 2 other purchase orders with this same item that is open in our system but they are not linked to any sales line item.

I am somewhat skilled in SmartList Builder and i have tried calculations, restrictions etc. and cannot solve the issue.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

It was the Ord link to Ord that i was missing. I thought that was something done unknowingly in house as Ord seems odd to me. I am all set and you are awesome thanks so much!

Hi Melissa-

Your joins should be equals.

Sales Line Items to SOP_POPLink

Sales Line Items.SOP Number to SOP_POPLink.SOP Number

Sales Line Items.SOP Type to SOP_POPLink.SOP Type

Sales Line Items.Line Item Sequence to SOP_POPLink.Line Item Sequence

Sales Line Items.Component Item Sequence to SOP_POPLink.Component Item Sequence

SOP_POPLink to Purchase Order Line

SOP_POPLink.PO Number to Purchase Order Line.PO Number

SOP_POPLink.Ord to Purchase Order Line.Ord

There would be duplicate sales orders showing this way only if there are multiple PO lines linked to a single sales order line.
