Hello Everyone,
I am using Customer Service App and in that from the recent updates, now we can customize the "Case Resolution" dialog.
My requirement is to remove "Subject(Display Name: Resolution)" field from the dialog. But this field is required by system and I can not update it's requirement level from the field details.
Business Rule is also not showing this field to change its properties.
I have also append onLoad js but the file is not loading when the dialog is opening.
If anyone knows and help me to either make this field optional or set some default value when the dialog opens.
