We are on D365 onprem v9.1. Is there anyway to disable or configure the autonaming of a Case when it's converted from an Activity? I believe we will have to either create a custom button for the Convert To, or we will need a workflow that will update the Case name based on the naming convention we want. I wanted to check if it were possible before I started working on a new process.
