Hello community,

I have three questions:

1-I've generated a report in MR with a row definition that contains  some conditions  linked to financial dimensions, but i don't know why do i get a report without any values. 

2- How can i add a financial dimension value that contains "&" as a condition in the column "link to FD" in a row  definition?

3-How can i add a user in Management reporter  security as an administrator?

    The problem is that the code of this FD contains "&" what should i do?

    Hi Imane,

    For 1: if some data are missing because of an integration issue then you might have to reset the data mart.

    For 2: have you tried renaming the findim? Before doing that test it carefully in a demo system because the renaming process might take a while. And no 2 should be done before no 1.

    Hello Ludwing,

    1-Well for the first question i get a report with some values in some of the accouonts and others no . I think it might be an integration issue because i don't get all the data read.

    2- I have a financial dimension called "SS&G", when i fill my conditions in the column of link to FD in the row definition it blocks me while choosing that FD because its contains that caracter "&". What should i do?

    Hi Imane.Iam,

    For 1: Can you share details of the conditions that you mentioned? Are you sure that you have financial data that fulfil those conditions?

    For 2: I do not understand this second question. Are you looking for an if then else condition that you want to specify? For details, please see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/dev-itpro/analytics/advanced-formatting-options-financial-reporting

    For 3: You cannot add users directly in MR if you use AX/D365FO as the operating ERP system. That is because the user and role setup in the ERP define the user and security setup in MR.
