Urgent help required. Does a user have access to the D365 marketing subscription if they have a sales professional license, or do they require a sales enterprise license? The license guide does not seem to highlight this.
Hello. It will depend on the entities being accessed. A user with Sales Enterprise should have access to Lead Management for example. However, Sales Professional doesn't have access to Sales Literature (Sales enterprise does have access), but none of them (sales enterprise or Sales Professional) has access to campaign management, event management or Lead scoring, for example.
Full marketing capacities requires a Marketing license. However, you can read more on the Licensing guide Appendix B (starting on page 34)
