You should be able to log in as the SA user. When logged in as SA, try changing the password for an existing user, then logging on as that user.

Thanks Harry, it's working with SA user, but not working with a user has public role only in SQL

    Mounir,

Dynamics GP Users must be created in GP, not just SQL.  GP will create the SQL Accounts as part of the user creation process.  Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > System > Users to add users.  Here is a link to a simple overview of this multi-step process.

After The user had created in GP, I changed the password from application by SA, but the user can not pass login screen, he pass only if I let him a Sysadmin in SQl

You have to login to GP as SA.

Create new users by providing user name and password.

After this try to login to GP with the newly created user details.

When you create from GP roles in SQL will be assigned automatically. Don't change them.

    Hi Mounir,

When you create a new user in GP. You need to give him access to the company and assign him a security role for that user. The GP will take care of the roles based on the security Role ID's selected for the user. e.g "AR Clerk". Based on the roles assigned, the new user will be allowed to perform certain tasks.

Note: You need not go and change the user role in the SQL.

Please note if you are using GP 2013, when you create the profile and tick any of the 'advanced sql server options' the profile credentials has to be the same as in Active Directory. It has to be the same user id as well as password. Passwords are also case sensitive.
