Hi All,

I'm hoping someone out there might have an answer to this one for me.

I have an entity which has a many to many relationship with the account entity.

The main form for my entity (called Engagements) has a sub-grid showing the associated account entity records and I have a similar sub grid on the account entity showing the associated Engagement Records.

When looking at the engagement form I can see on the account sub-grid the Associated Records button, however when on the Account records I can't see this appearing in my engagement sub-grid.

I've checked relationships and everything seems fine there.

I've checked the engagement form contains the account entity in its "Common" area, which it does.

Has anyone got a possible solution for this?

Hello Mark,

Can you please validate if on the Navigation of your main Account form do you have the engagement entity in Common area?

If the engagement entity is not on the Navigation you will not be able to see the associated records button.

As this is a N:N relationship both entities must be included on the navigation of each form of the entities that are part of the relationship.
