Shopify connection issue to cloud

Hello,
 
i am trying to connect BC sandbox (cloud) to Shopify production.
i am receiving third party cookies are not allowed error: i have setup the cookies and add exceptions. also i tried many browsers but fails.
these are the steps:
i create new shop and click on request access, the system reach the page of shopify login then after i can see an error message: application could load: third party cookies are not allowed.

any idea?

    It looks like this is due to your company's internal security settings. Try using another computer first.

    This is a known browser + Shopify embedded login issue, not your setup.
     
    BC opens Shopify login inside an embedded window
     
    Shopify blocks third-party cookies
     
    Cookie exceptions usually don’t help
     
     
    What works
     
    Use Edge (most reliable)
     
    Open BC in a new browser profile
     
    Log in to Shopify first, then retry from BC
     
    Temporarily disable third-party cookie blocking during setup
     
     
    Nothing to fix in BC or Shopify configuration.

    Do you encounter this problem if you link BC Production to Shopify Production?
    If not, it might be a limitation imposed by Microsoft.

    same issue exist for BC production.

    i did the following steps:
    1- clear browsing data in Edge.
    2- login to Shopify admin.
    3- login to BC sandbox.
    4- Request access in the shop page.
    5- the following error raise up:
    Oauth error application_cannot_be_found: Could not find Shopify API application with api_key.
