Can someone please show me step to step how to set the Leave accrual and absence plan?

Thanks for your answer.
I have been through all these before but my issue is still here.
I created and set the plans, but the current leave balance is nit accruing (numbers are not changing) we then have to adjust then manually. But when we check the history of the current balance, it shows that it did accrue. We tried working on the batch job and everything but we encountering the very same issue.
Any idea on how we can resolve it?
Can you please share the screenshot with step by step process?
