One of the Trigger points in our current D365 customized workflow is to initial an "Email notification" blast to a group of users which are not added as part of D365 users. Can we do that, and how?
Understand that the email notification CAN include users that are currently setup in D365, but according to our vendor, it won't cater for none D365 users - is this correct?
Thanks.

Hi KZOo,
Dynamics 365 provides an action in workflows called "Send Email".
The "To" field in an email step in the workflow requires a record (such as contact, account, lead etc).
You can create a contact or account from the information this external user provided, this information must contain his/her email address, then configure as recipients in your Send Email action. No license required to send emails to Contacts and Accounts.

Leah Ju
