Portal access of KB read only for anonymous users

I do have the partner portal working fine for Authenticate  users and Admin but i want to give read permission for Anonymous user for Knowledge Base .

Not find where i can do that. Was working fine till the last Portal updates.

    Again, The KB from partner portal I need to be read only for anonymous users and not find where I can add that permission. Now, only registered user can browse the KB
