    Hi Vignesh,

To merge cells, you need to use the parent group. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5447732/ssrs-tablix-merging-cells-vertically-problem

You need to calculate the number of multiple lines. You can refer to this thread. https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/161546

I hope it will help you.

    Hi Satish,

    Thanks for your response.

I have few doubts. Kindly follow below points,

    1. How to merge rows in last column in table? In report, last column is only one row, it will increase depends on record.

    2. How to use reference of total value cell in the merged row?

    Kindly help here.

    Thanks in advance and regards,

    Vignesh

RE: SSRS Report - Adding Totals

    Hi Vignesh,

Take a look at link below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../lesson-6-adding-grouping-and-totals-reporting-services

This link provide option on how to sum the column. Once you have done the sum its typically done at the bottom of the table. But your requirement is to show in same row.

What you can do is hide the totals row (based on your example it should be 900), use reference of total value cell in the merged row (where you have 900 value). Hope this helps.
