Good day.

i have a strange issue.

A few records in the RetailTransactionTable did not sync to AX from the beginning of the month. i can see the records in the RetailtransactionSalesTrans and RetailTransactionPaymentTrans. How can i replicate these transactions to AX in order to post them?

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

    Good day.

Yes i have, P Jobs run every 10 minutes. other transactions have replicated since then for that particular store. how do i replicate just the missing transactions.

Maybe you can try "Post Statement" you can find that under Retail>Periodic>POS Posting>Post Statement. Then select the store you want to post.

    Good day Ducle91.

The posting is not the problem.

the problem appears to be that not all information for certain transactions for that particular day has replicated correctly. i can see information regarding the particular transactions in the RetailtransactionSalesTrans and RetailTransactionPaymentTrans tables but not in the RetailTransactionTable.

i would like to know how to replicate the missing data in the RetailTransactionTable.

    Hi B.A.

Take a look in incident  3211092 - Transactions are not getting pulled to store HQ in LCS:

    MITIGATION

How does Async Client know what records to upload during a P job?

In the channel database the following table is checked for each table:

    SELECT ISNULL(MAX(FilterMax), 0) FROM crt.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG WHERE TABLENAME='ax.RETAILTRANSACTIONSALESTRANS' AND FILTERFIELDNAME = 'REPLICATIONCOUNTERFROMORIGIN'

This check is done with all the tables that is sent to the HQ.
So one thing you could do is to force the Channel Database into thinking that the records haven’t been uploaded to Async Server. If that table was cleared out it would “reset” the channel database and it would re-upload all records into a new RPF file.  This should be OK since any duplicate transactions would be ignored by AX.

    Follow this steps:

    1. Stop the AsyncClient in the StoreDB machine
    2. Make a backup of the Channel Database
    3. Delete records from the table crt.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG
    4. Start the Async Client
    5. Run the P-job

    Good day Rodolfo.

Thank you for your reply. Where is this crt.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG table?

    what is the Channel Database?

i have checked the AX database and the POS_Msg database.

could i just set the replication counter to 0 for the particular table in AX? would that replicate everything in the table up to AX again?

    Hi,

crt.TABLEREPLICATIONLOG will be available in store database. This table wont be available in AX and Message database. Rodlfo is asking you to check in Store (Channel) database.

Channel DB is in the store. Sridharan Jeyaram said.

For now, just take the step by step of the incident 3211092 in LCS.

Do not change the replication counter.

    Good day Sridharan and Rodolfo.

Thank you for your response. i do not have a table like that in the store DB.

when i run the script against the store DB, i get 'Invalid object name'

We are using AX 2012 R2.

Sorry, this procedure is only for R3 version.
