We are working on provisioning a self-service customer support portal but we are struggling to manage the authentication details for local accounts of contacts, since we are not able to see them on the page that it is supposed to be.
Although the user we are using to make this configuration is a system admin , could this be a missing role assignment issue? Has anyone come across a similar issue before?
Web Authentication tab does not appear at Dynamics 365 Portal Management
