I'm really new to Customer Voice, but we are setting up some surveys to obtain Customer Feedback on our services. We have set up a domain, sender address and permissions as described here
And applied them to the survey. All looks good so far. When we come to sending the survey via Power Automate, though, the From address is still :
bounce-kqs81jpdteb2mpr0eezxswefqxnpzmcskuynk44427ax@nam.pb-dynmktg.com
and so our mail filter (Mimecast) immediately rejects them. Is there something I might have missed in setting up the 'From' address?
