Workflow Assignments on multistep Workflows.

Hi,

I am having hard time with a task maybe you guys can help me out here.

I have a workflow with two steps of approval. and approval has a four member board who can approve both steps lets say (user 1, user 2, user 3 user 4).

both the steps are assigned to all four of the members.

What I want to achieve is.

If user 1 approve step 1. user 1 should not be assigned to step 2 for approval.

I will be very thankful if you would be able to help me out with this.

    Hi Shahzaib,

    Your requirement can't be achieved in the standard in an easy way. It would take a lot of conditions and approval elements. Why aren't you considering one approval step and require a percentage of 50% of the approvers?

    Hi André,

    Thanks for advise. But the process cannot be changed as we need to have compulsory two steps in the workflow.

    But I found a workaround.
