NAV starts up in wrong workdate

Have a 2018 cu0, which when its starts up shows 6 mars 2018, at not today as workday, if manually, goes to set

workday and type D, the correct workday shows up.

The same for cronus, just another day.

Any guess where to change this issu

Are you using Cronus demo company or others? For Cronus it’s managed on Codeunit 1 (CompanyOpen) otherwise it’s the system date.

Using Cronus and others, if its managed cu1, should then set workdate as the systems date, regardless what so ever

No, for Cronus the behavior is different, it has a "demo" workdate.

All is managed in codeunit 1, check LogInStart() and CompanyOpen() function.

Are you using a demo license or a production one? A demo license affects the work date at startup.

Very strange, this absolutely never occours with a production license and a production company with name different than Cronus. Maybe could help if you try to debug step by step what happens on codeunit 1, where the work date is set.

Claus,

It will depend on the setup. If it is a demo company which is setup on the Company Information then it will use the Last Entry of the GL Entry Posting Date if not it will use the Current Date. You can uncheck the Demo Company from the company information table and that will let you use the current date.
