I create one field on item page

if the date is today in this field then i want send Email notification to the users
Have a look at power automate. BC connector has a trigger for modifications. You can then do a check on the last date modified date field value and send a notification. Could be email, teams, approval or even text.
The in BC workflows will have some capabilities here too. The template is for approvals so you would need to do it from fresh
