Navision Holiday job not running

Hi All,

We have a Holiday job which runs all Saturdays, which sends mail to mangers for approval once a person updates the holiday. And from past few days, it is getting failed and we could not find the root cause.

SQL server is running, but in the error from application server it is giving as sql server not responding, shutdown and all

Any one can give suggestions?

Its showing sql server not responding/shutdown.But sql server is up and running from long time.And issue is happening only for one country/region,rest all regions working fine.

We have a sheduled reatart for nav services daily.

Check the event viewer for more information .May be service is giving problem

Have you tried restarted Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application Services from Services
