We have recently began to experience an issue in our Dynamics GP 2016 build 16.00.0552 environment. Problem occurs when adding multiple items to a new Quote/Order/Invoice in the Sales Transaction Entry Window. Either clicking into a previous line item or using the previous button to navigate to a previous line will cause:
1. The now selected line to appear as a duplicate of the previous
2. Any clicks will cause the second line will appear blank.
3. Any additional click, will cause the RemoteApp session to freeze( user is unable to interact with the application at all) and session must be forced out of application from hosting server.
4. This creates a locked Quote/Order/Invoice that must be delete from the appropriate SOP table in the SQL DB.
This issue has been ongoing since the beginning of the year, there have been no Windows Version update on the Server in this time.
